Solarvest has commissioned a 601 kWp rooftop solar system for Daehan Global Yen Dung – a garment manufacturing and export company based in Yen Dung, Bac Giang, with commercial operation date (COD) confirmed on 10 October 2025.
The project marks a significant step for Daehan Global Yen Dung in adopting renewable energy to reduce production costs and meet the increasingly stringent sustainability requirements of international buyers in the global garment supply chain.

Solarvest’s Scope of Work
Solarvest delivered the full project value chain – from site assessment, technical design, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) through to commissioning and handover. The rooftop solar system for the garment factory was designed to match the actual roof structure and load profile of the facility, maximising self-consumption and energy output.
The entire installation was completed without disrupting factory production operations.
Estimated Annual Performance
- Renewable electricity generated: 589,000 kWh per year
- CO₂ emissions reduced: 389 tonnes per year — equivalent to planting approximately 17,600 trees (estimated)
The renewable energy generated provides Daehan Global Yen Dung with measurable carbon reduction data for ESG reporting — a key requirement from international buyers as sustainability standards tighten across the global garment supply chain.
